YK43 Gas Pressure Reducing Valve

The YK43 gas pressure reducing valve designed by Dazhong Valve Group is mainly composed of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. When in use, rotate the adjusting screw to open the pilot valve disc, and the medium enters the upper cover of the main valve through the pilot valve cavity from the conduit in front of the valve, so that the medium pressure pushes the piston, so that the main valve disc is opened, the medium flows to the back of the valve, and at the same time, the pressure from the back of the valve enters the pilot valve. The valve directly transmits and acts on the diaphragm below and the pressure above the diaphragm maintains an optimal balance.

  • The valve is mainly composed of the main valve and the pilot valve.

  • Suitable for air, liquefied gas, oxygen and other gas pipelines with working temperature ≤80°C.

  • Rotate the adjusting screw when in use, open the pilot valve disc, the medium enters the upper cover of the main valve through the pilot valve cavity through the guide valve in front of the valve, and pushes the medium pressure to push the piston, so that the main valve disc is opened, the medium flows to the back of the valve, and at the same time, the medium flows to the back of the valve. The back pressure of the valve is directly transmitted into the pilot valve and acts on the bottom of the diaphragm and the pressure above the diaphragm to maintain the best balance to achieve the purpose of decompression.
