Check Valve For New Technology Power Station

The check valve for the new process power station designed by Dazhong Valve Group is installed on the sewer pipe as a safety device to automatically prevent the backflow of the medium. The valve disc is protected by multi-layer electroplating and moves up and down in the guide bushing of the valve cover. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of drill-based carbide plasma spray welding. The check valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline. The flow direction of the medium is positive flow from bottom to top.

• The sealing surface on the valve seat is made by plasma spray welding of drill-base cemented carbide, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance.

• The check valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, and the medium flow direction is positive flow from bottom to top.
