Forged Steel Ball Valve

Dazhong Valve Group forged steel ball valves, products are designed and manufactured according to national standards: GB/T12237-1989, API608. Anti-vulcanization stress cracking: The material of the valve contacting medium is selected according to the standard of NACE01-75 of the American Society of Corrosion Engineers. Polymer or metal is used as the sealing material, and a stuffing box is set to prevent the valve stem from abnormally increasing the pressure in the inner cavity of the valve. Fly out and add an inverted sealing structure to ensure reliable sealing of the packing.

Anti-sulfidation stress cracking: The materials of the valve contacting medium are selected according to the standards of the American Society of Corrosion Engineers NACE01-75, and the surface is nickel-plated according to the standard, which can meet the requirements of the vulcanization environment.
Use polymer or metal as sealing material, which has excellent sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
Set the stuffing box to prevent the valve stem from flying out due to the abnormal increase in the inner cavity pressure of the valve. The addition of an inverted sealing structure can ensure the packing is reliably sealed.
